CMS Releases Quality Reporting Manual
CASA Holding Regional Meetings to Discuss Implementation
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) released its manual for the ASC quality reporting program. The manual, which can be downloaded here (Quality Manual ) provides clear and important information on how ASCs should report information to CMS. Quality reporting will be mandatory beginning October 1, 2012 and ASCs that fail to participate will face reductions in their future Medicare reimbursement. CASA is holding a series of regional luncheon meetings to discuss the program and provide a networking opportunity for you to share ideas and learn how others are implementing the program.
