Exhibition Hall Carpet will be the standard hotel carpet.
- All exhibitor freight sent to the hotel prior to the setup date will be assessed an additional fee
- All advanced freight will be delivered to your booth space prior to the exhibitor move in to expedite your set up

Standard booths will receive two exhibitor badges unless stated otherwise; each additional badge is $200. Badge request forms will be distributed in August.
