We’re happy to have you participating in our CASA 2025 Annual Conference this September! As an exhibitor, you are an important part of what makes our event impactful and engaging for attendees. This page serves as your central hub for all exhibitor-related information, including logistics, deadlines, promotional tools, and support.

Exhibitor Kit

CASA has partnered with TRICORD Tradeshow Services for 2025. They will be reaching out in June with your Exhibitor Kit login and deadlines. 

Your booth includes the following:

  • 8' High Back Drape
  • 3' High Side Rails
  • (1) 6' Skirted Table
  • (2) Side Chairs
  • (1) Waste Basket
  • (1) 7'x 44" ID Sign
  • Exhibition Hall Carpet will be the standard hotel carpet.

CASA and the Sheraton recommend using Tricord for shipping to ensure a smooth delivery process.  When shipping through Tricord, your materials will be dropped into your booth.  

Please note if shipping directly to the hotel:

  • All exhibitor freight sent to the hotel before the setup date will be assessed an additional fee
  • All advanced freight will be delivered to your booth space before the exhibitor move-in to expedite your setup

Lead Retrieval

Lead retrieval allows exhibitors to easily collect attendee contact information by scanning badges during the conference. This streamlined process helps you track booth visitors, follow up efficiently, and maximize your return on investment. Lead Retrieval will be provided through our conference app partner.

Complimentary airport shuttle service to and from San Diego International Airport runs daily every 30-40 minutes from 4:45 AM – 12:00 AM. Confirm next available time with the front desk.

Exhibitor Badges

Standard booths will receive two exhibitor badges unless stated otherwise; each additional badge is $300.
Badge request forms will be distributed in August.


Exhibitor Special Event Pass

Event and Elite sponsors receive a pass to our Special Event as part of their sponsorship package.

All other exhibitors are invited to attend and may purchase a pass for $125.
Standard and Premium exhibitors can secure their entrance by selecting the event pass option on the Badge Request form, which will be available in August.


Conference Advertising

Platinum, Event and Elite sponsors receive a 1/2 page ad in our e-syllabus. Deadline is July 16th.

Attendee List

The pre-attendee list will be emailed to all exhibitors during the week of August 18.
The post-attendee list will be shared with exhibitors the week following the conclusion of the conference.


2026 CASA Conference Exhibit Hall

The sale of the 2026 CASA Conference will be open on Thursday, September 4th, beginning at 2 PM. Exhibitors may reserve their booth at the registration desk on-site.


BE AWARE OF FRAUDULENT CALLS AND EMAILS

We’ve been made aware that several outside companies are contacting vendors, falsely claiming that balances are due or that our hotel block is full. Please note that all official communications regarding conference invoices will come directly from CASA. We do not use third-party companies to collect payment for booths or sponsorships.

Additionally, neither CASA nor the Sheraton will contact you regarding your hotel reservations. Be extremely cautious when dealing with these companies. These entities often include hidden fees, lack our negotiated rates and service standards, and typically do not offer refunds. Engaging with them may result in serious financial risk.

If you are approached by any company claiming to handle housing on our behalf, please notify us right away at registration@casurgery.org.

Lastly, CASA does not sell its attendee list. As an exhibitor, you will receive the pre-conference attendee list in August and the post-conference list after the event.
