Warm Easter Wishes to our CASA Community

Salary Survey .... Administrator Series ... Happy Easter

CASAs 2026 Salary Survey: Please Complete

It is that time of year to submit your information for the annual CASA Salary Survey. Each year, the survey becomes more successful with increased participation and expanded results.

The survey results are tabulated into a detailed summation with aggregate regional statistics.  It is further broken down to provide statistics based on ASC volume, multi-specialty ASCs, and single-specialty ASCs focused on GI and Ophthalmology.

To have the most robust and accurate data, we encourage all of our member facilities to participate. This survey will be free to all CASA members who take part in the survey. All others (non-participant members and non-members) will be charged a fee of $500 for the results. It’s an easy, 15-minute Survey.

To take part in the survey, please access the following link. The survey will be open until April 30, 2026.

If you are still reading, we have a treat for you!

This was in Beckers today with the heading Defining ASC Excellence, and this response from Lauren Phillips. Administrator of The Cardiac & Vascular Institute Ambulatory Surgery Center (Gainesville, Fla.) I thought it was so good, I am sharing it:

ASC culture can be measured in various ways, but one of the most important indicators is patient satisfaction. When patients are satisfied and happy with the care they receive at a facility, it often reflects a team that is engaged, supported, and proud of their work.

Creating a culture that supports not only patients but also staff and performing physicians is essential to maintaining a positive, high-performing ASC environment. When leadership prioritizes collaboration and open communication, it fosters a workplace where team members feel valued and involved in the organization's success.

An environment where staff feel heard and empowered to contribute ideas can significantly impact morale, teamwork, and overall performance. Ultimately, high patient satisfaction is difficult to achieve without a strong, positive ASC culture that supports both the people providing care and those receiving it.
