“Pit-Crew Partnerships: Strengthening Anesthesia Models for ASC Stability” will be moderated by Blake Nelson from HST Pathways and will include insights and perspectives from Mackenzie Ellis, MHA, Director of Client Services, MedBridge Development, and Christina Menor, MD, MS, FASA, President of the California Society of Anesthesiologists.
They will discuss today's anesthesia workforce realities, the importance of optimizing case staffing, the role and impact of anesthesia subsidies, coverage models, and practical strategies for building reliable, sustainable anesthesia partnerships that support both quality patient care and long-term ASC success.
