Ensure timely submission of the Outpatient and Ambulatory Surgery Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (OAS CAHPS) survey measure data via the OAS CAHPS website by a CMS-approved vendor. The Quarter 2 2026 reporting period (April 1–June 30) data are due by October 14, 2026.
NOTE: October 14, 2026, is the program deadline, or when your vendor must submit the survey data to the OAS CAHPS website. Ensure your facility submits monthly patient records to its vendor by the vendor’s designated dates.
Keep up with your facility’s OAS CAHPS data and other important tasks via the Hospital Quality Reporting (HQR) system. Ensure your facility’s Security Official (SO) is in an Active Status. Your SO status can be found under the “My Profile” section in the HQR system.
Prepare for your calendar year (CY) 2026 web-based measure data submission by reviewing the 2026 ASC Quality Reporting Program Specifications Manual available on the QualityNet website. The submission window to submit the CY 2026 reporting period (Jan 1-Dec 31, 2026) data via the HQR system opens January 1, 2027.
If your ASC has experienced changes to staffing or contact information such as email addresses, phone or fax numbers, complete the ASC Contact Change Form to ensure your ASC receives critical communication throughout the year.
