The CASA team continues to closely monitor the COVID situation and has a plan to follow local, state, federal and CDC guidelines when we’re together. Our host location, the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa, is an accredited GBAC STAR™ facility.

At this time, CASA is anticipating the state will require testing or proof of vaccination. This could change according to guidelines. Please know that any information provided will remain confidential/aggregate as this will be useful in interaction with the facility and local authorities during our program.

Member Discounts - CASA Members can take advantage of the lowest registration fees available. Not a member but you would like to take advantage of the discounted fee? Please contact to become a member.

Early Bird Discount - Discounts are available for early registration. Payment must be received by August 6, 2021.

Multi-Attendee Discount (Conference only) - Sending an additional attendee from your center? Pay the 1st attendee rate first, and then receive a discount on each additional person. All registrants must be employed by the same facility.

PAC Donation Deduction - Did your center make a PAC Contribution in 2021? Deduct $50 if you made a $500 donation. Deduct $100 if you made a $1,000+ deduction.


Cancellations - All cancellations must be submitted in writing to and received by August 6, 2021, to be eligible for a refund, less a $100 processing fee. If received after August 6th, but before August 13, 2021, registrants can request a refund less a $150 processing fee. 
No refunds will be issued after August 13, 2021.

Changes and Substitutions - If you would like to add an additional attendee, you may do so by logging in with your account and clicking the 'Modify' button, scroll through and hit the 'Continue' link. Once directed to the next page, scroll down and click the 'Register Another Attendee.'
To substitute your registration, please contact with your contact name and the contact name, title and email of the attendee taking your place.
