Early Bird Discount - Available through July 3, 2026. Payment must be received by this date.

*Multi-Attendee Discount (Members only) - Send multiple attendees from your center and receive discounted pricing. All attendees must be employed by the same facility.

* Multi-attendee discount does not apply to the preconference.

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES/SUBSTITUTIONS

Cancellations - Submit in writing to registration@casurgery.org by August 1, 2026. Refunds are subject to a $150 processing fee. 
No refunds will be issued after August 1, 2026.

Changes and Substitutions - To modify or transfer a registration, please email registration@casurgery.org:

  • Current registrant name
  • New attendee's name, title, and email. 

GUEST POLICY*

Guest passes are available for Thursday's Special Event only and are limited to spouses/partners of registered attendees (non-exhibitors).

  • Guests MUST BE 21 OR OLDER.
  • Special Event Ticket: $175
