Greater Long Beach Surgery Center is a Multi-Specialty ASC seeking a DON who can assume all day to day clinical responsibilities.
The DON will work closely with the Administrator to create and maintain safe policies and safe practices.
The ideal candidate to join our team is a motivated team building RN with DON experience in a multi specialty surgery center.
Job Duties:
- Supervisor of clinical staff and Direct patient care.
- Over sees the Quality improvement program
- Holds the following title: Infection Control Officer
- Assures facility compliance with AAAASF and CMS
